For this high-end residential building, Art Assets commissioned elegant site-specific works with an interactive quality. A blown glass terrarium by Paula Hayes welcomes guests from the main entrance toward the end of the hall, while Jeremy Holmes’ hanging wood “ribbon” sculpture beckons visitors around the corner to the elevator bank. Finally, Susan Weinthaler’s movable reflective magnetic wall piece offers an activity while waiting for the elevator, or a mirror for ladies to touch up their makeup on the way out.
