Art as Marketing

Wayne Coe at Atlantic Gardens

The arts and cultural programming designed by Art Assets was the primary marketing tool used by Atlantic Assets Group. The innovative programming has included collaborations with major cultural institutions such as Creative Time and the Brooklyn Philharmonic, curated exhibitions with internationally recognized artists such as Michael Rakowitz, and numerous site-specific installations and performance-based works with internationally-recognized artists.

The art program was conceived as a means to market to the Brooklyn community in order to achieve three primary goals:

  1. Create a ‘”superblock” with creative residential tenants and sophisticated shops and cafes.
  2. Generate buzz in the community.
  3. Heighten awareness of Atlantic Gardens as an attractive, creative new Brooklyn destination for retailers.
